We’ve left some of the world’s biggest tech companies and fled the world’s largest cities to build more accessible technology in a much friendlier place: Nashville, Tennessee.


Gabriel Smith
Founder & CEO

As a 9-time small business owner himself, Gabriel understands the challenges small businesses face. He cares deeply about entrepreneurs and is passionate about building the tools they need to succeed.

Gabriel hails from University of Michigan where he majored in Electrical Engineering.


Eric Busby
Co-Founder & President

Eric is a leading technologist who fled California to build AdCritter. Eric has led several hundred software developers over his career, trained thousands more, and grown multiple tech companies.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree from University of La Verne and his master’s at Golden Gate.


Chris Aitchison
Vice President, Engineering

Chris leads the technology team as the Vice President of Engineering. A leading FinTech technologist, Chris has served in multiple engineering management roles with London-based Barclay’s, Schroders Capital and others. He transitioned to ad tech in 2017 before relocating to the United States to lead at AdCritter.

Chris graduated from Griffith University in Australia.


Sonya Crawford Bearson
Vice President, Communications & Partner Integrations

A former national broadcast journalist at ABC and NBC News, Sonya is a world-class communicator. She heads both Communications and Partner Integrations for AdCritter.

Sonya graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.


Ryan Brown
Director, Strategic Partnerships

Prior to joining AdCritter, Ryan co-founded a company in the outdoor advertising space that was acquired by Verizon. He understands what makes advertising partnerships work. Ryan now builds those partnerships for AdCritter.

Ryan majored in foreign language at Belmont University.



Paul Langtry
Vice President, Marketing

As the former Global Head of Performance Marketing (Ad Cloud) at Adobe, Paul is an expert at using the advertising tools typically only available to large enterprises. He is excited to now be part of democratizing access to those tools, bringing that expertise to small businesses everywhere.

Paul holds his degree from Rutgers University and relocated from New York to join AdCritter.
